Jack Weaver, Assistant Secretary of Health And Human Services in Washington D.C. is asked to visit a medical laboratory in the Minnesota woods where a voluntary life-ending therapy has been developed and tested without the FDA's knowledge. The new technology enables individuals to pre-determine the date of their death, years in advance.
