Stefanie Girard earned her degree in industrial design from Pratt Institute in New York. She worked as a set decorator and prop master in the entertainment industry for 15 years. She also has worked as a television show producer, specializing in "How-to" TV for the HGTV and DIY networks. Her television credits include Knitty Gritty, Simply Quilts, DIY Jewelry Making, and Sew Much More. Stefanie has designed hundreds of craft, jewelry, and stitching projects for clients including the Walt Disney Company, Michaels and JoAnn craft stores, Plaid Enterprises and Westrim Crafts. She lives in Burbank, CA.
